Room 412; Thursday Evening.
Planning to do some work with Eleanor, her Western style sword, tomorrow, Setsuna had set up some incense around the room, lit it and meditated while going through some ancient Western myths to help herself get better attuned to the nature of the sword. Really, technically, she should bother Peter about some Narnian myths since it was a Narnian sword, and made a note to do so soon. For now, she'd just stick with things that might help her get into a classically Western mindset with The Poems of the Elder Edda, which she found worked well for building mantras, whispered very quietly under her breath, in carefully pronounced English.
"Always as a young man I traveled alone, and I would lose my way; I felt I was rich if I made a friend -- no man by himself is happy."
[[ Days like this are strange. I'm off to get hyper on coffee and speak in German for an hour, then back to locate primary sources regarding the Soviet dismantling of the economy of East Germany, and will require slowly-played distractions :) in other words: open, but distractedly so. ]]
