It was late when Setsuna and Konoka returned to Mahora from their job, too late for either of them to return to the Kansai Temple to report to Konoka's father about how it went. It would have to wait until tomorrow; Setsuna would then leave from Kyoto instead of Tokyo.

//"I...My room has probably been given to another,"// Setsuna realized as she escorted Konoka to her door. //"I can't imagine they've left the place vacant in my absence..."//

//"Oh, don't worry about it, Secchan,"// Konoka smiled, taking her hand for a brief second before turning toward the door to open it, //"stay here tonight. It's late, and I'm sure Asuna and Negi-kun won't mind."//

After handwavily leaving a note at the room for Ranma-chan to come and meet with her this morning, Setsuna prepared for the ultimate and overdue strike. The door to her bedroom was open, but Setsuna was actually no where to be seen, not by the casual passersby, carefully placed near the door that anyone who entered would not see her unless she was at a particular angle.

Ranma-chan would never even know what hit her.
